Rules and Regulations
● Only currently licensed recreational vehicles (RV’s, campers, boats, trailers, cars,
trucks, etc) may be stored on the property & license plates must be clearly
visible. With exception to rental spaces on the SE corner. Pickup shells must be
up off the ground on blacks or jacks.
● Any change in the camper, boat, trailer or vehicle to be stored in a space must be
first approved by ROSK LT Parking.
● Do not park in any space other than the space that has been assigned as shown
on the invoice provided.
● Campers, boats, trailers, or vehicles must be positioned in the center of the
designated space between numbered signs.
● Slideouts on any camper cannot infringe on an adjoining space and are not
allowed to be stored in the extended position.
● Property is accessible 24/7, however prior approval is needed in order to gain
access between the hours of 10:00 PM and 4:30 AM. All tenants must vacate
the property by 10:00 PM, unless prior approval has been granted.
● Gate access is restricted to the person whose name is on the lease agreement.
Sharing codes with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
● Report any gate or access issues immediately to ROSK LT Parking.
● Nothing is to be stored on the ground or around the unit or on top of any unit
without approval from ROSK LT Parking.
● No dumping of any items is permitted on the property. All items must be
contained within the camper or trailer or hauled away off site.
● No portable generators can be used at any time (except for usual maintenance
run) without the prior approval of ROSK LT Parking.
● No campers or trailers are to be posted for sale or shown to any prospective
buyers at any time while on the property. (Only authorized renters are allowed on
the property.)
● Animals and pets are not allowed on the property- pets must be contained inside
tenant’s vehicle at all times.
● No alcohol or tobacco products are permitted to be used or brought onto the
property.
● ROSK LT Parking carries no property insurance for any tenant-stored vehicles
and will not cover any property loss that tenant may have or claim to have, by
leasing a space. A tenant who causes damage to another tenant's property will
be responsible for such damage, therefore a tenant must obtain their own
insurance.
● ROSK LT Parking, or its agent shall not be liable for personal injury or property
damage, or loss from theft, vandalism, rodents, fire, water, tornada, rain,
explosion, or any other cause.
